It’s a proven fact that 70-80% of your fat loss efforts are directly related to diet. If that statement is true, (and believe me, it is), then the question is…how to get rid of cellulite by nutrition?

It’s both easier and harder than you think. The easy part is determining what to eat. Your first step should be to eliminate ALL processed foods from your diet. For many people, this is all they need to do.

Unfortunately, the standard American diet is composed of primarily processed foods. This leaves many people scratching their heads in confusion over what is truly a healthy meal or snack option.

If you truly want to get rid of cellulite by nutrition, then eat your food as close as possible to it’s natural state. By natural state, I mean exactly the way it came from the garden.
